Washing Instructions
Machine wash separately in cold water.
Use a normal amount of detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Run through spin cycle twice if possible.
Hang to dry.

I've had my Dirty Dogs rug for years, and I LOVE it; however, the rubbery backing disintegrated into a huge mess in the washing machine (I hadn't washed it in a year or two because my dog died). The rug still functions well, but I did have to scrub my washing machine drum with solvent to get the glue and rubbery bits out.
The company offered to send a replacement, but as the rug still functions and is several years old I'm not sure that's fair to them. I will buy another one in the future if I need one, I will not be washing it in the washer. It worked great just shaking it out and hosing it off occasionally. It absorbs muddy messes and keeps paws much cleaner than other rugs!
Since the company offered a replacement but I don't need one, I mentioned my favorite local rescue organization. They are kindly sending a care package to them. What a great company, even if the rug backings don't quite stand the test of time, the rug itself sure does, and the company stands behind their products.

We foster dogs and can have up to 8 dogs at any given time. We use these lifesavers inside and outside the doggie door to the covered run and in the kitchen and tv room. No more dirty paws. No more dirty floors. No more dirty couch. Life. Savers.
No other mat comes close. They work great, wash easily, and last forever. My only complain is the slight color difference between large size and runners in brown. I've tried all the greys and they match but the browns look a shade off. No big deal if not next to each other but annoying.
I was hesitant to spend so much on a floor rug but it's been worth every penny. The Temu garbage I had before never worked like this.
Had it for 2 months washed it 3 times and the rubber backing is already peeling off.
